Oil changes, tire rotations and state inspections are usually done in under an hour, so waiting is fine. For brakes, diagnostics and A/C we recommend a drop-off.
No. You can have maintenance done at any shop without voiding a manufacturer warranty, as long as the work is done to spec. We keep records and give you a copy.
The diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair if you have us do the work within 30 days.
For most jobs, yes, but we can't warranty parts we didn't source. We'll tell you up front which jobs we'd rather supply parts for.
