The rule: nobody pays for work they didn't approve. Sam Okafor opened Northside after years as a dealership tech, tired of watching customers get handed bills they didn't understand.
How we got here
"If it can wait, we'll tell you it can wait."
Sam started Northside Auto Care in a two-bay garage on Mercer Avenue with a used lift and a handful of customers who followed him from the dealership. The shop has grown to six bays and four techs. The way we work hasn't changed.
Every job starts with a written estimate. If we find something else, we stop, take a photo, and text it to you. You decide.
We work on most domestic and Asian makes, plus light-duty trucks and work vans for local businesses.
