Common questions
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family homes in the tri-county area take one to two days. Steep or very large roofs, or roofs with rotted decking, can take a third day. We tell you the expected schedule in the written estimate.
How do I know if I need a new roof or just a repair?
If damage is limited to one area and the shingles are under about 15 years old, a repair usually makes sense. Widespread granule loss, curling, multiple leaks or a roof past 20 years usually point to replacement. Your free inspection report will say which, with photos.
Do I need to be home during the work?
No. We need access to an outdoor outlet and the driveway. Most homeowners go about their day. It will be loud, so pets are usually happier elsewhere.
What does a new roof cost?
It depends on roof size, pitch, layers to remove and the material you choose. We give a line-item written estimate after the inspection, so you see exactly what you are paying for.
Do you offer financing?
[FINANCING DETAILS]. Ask Carla during your inspection and she will walk through the options.
