(The problem)

Where local jobs leak out.

Most local businesses don't need more traffic first. They need to stop losing the people who already found them.

44%

of calls to businesses weren't answered by a person. Invoca, 2026

The call you couldn't pick up.

You're on a ladder, under a sink, or plating dinner. Plenty of callers won't wait for a callback. They try the next name on Google.

The fix

Missed-call text-back sends them a text within seconds. Add the AI receptionist and calls get answered and booked while you work.

7×

more likely to qualify a lead when businesses replied within an hour. Harvard Business Review, 2011

The form that sat until tonight.

A quote request comes in at lunch and gets answered after dinner. By then they've booked whoever got back to them first.

The fix

Instant lead alerts on your phone, plus automatic follow-up texts until the lead books or replies.

68%

of consumers only use businesses rated 4 stars or higher. BrightLocal, 2026

The reviews nobody asked for.

Happy customers rarely leave a review on their own, and 74% of people look for reviews from the last 3 months. A great rating from years ago doesn't carry much weight.

The fix

Every customer gets a review request after the job. Of the people who get asked, 65% leave one.

(What you get)

Put in your own numbers. Nothing is sent anywhere. It just does the math most owners never get around to doing.

(No templates)

Websites built around how you already run things.

A template hands you a layout and asks your business to fit into it. KineticConversion starts from how your business actually runs, and builds the site around that.

  1. 01

    We map how you work

On one call, we walk through how customers find you, what they ask before they call, what happens after, and what slows your office down.

  2. 02

    The site follows it

Pages, forms and words shaped to your process, in the order your customers think, instead of a theme's idea of a website.

  3. 03

    Nothing new to learn

Forms that feed the paperwork you already use, booking that fits your schedule, and texts that land on the phone you already carry.

For example

Meals on Wheels took meal requests on a printed PDF. The new site rebuilt how requests, volunteer sign-ups and donations come in, so the online forms now fill out the office's own paperwork. The office didn't have to change a thing.

They've delivered hot lunches since 1965, but asking for meals meant printing a PDF and mailing it in. Now neighbors request meals, sign up to drive, and give from their phone, and the forms fill out the office's own paperwork automatically.

Concept Work

Made-up businesses, real thinking. These show the range: how KineticConversion would write, design and advertise for an HVAC shop, a restaurant, a fire-safety company and a software startup.

Sturdy & Sons HVAC

A family HVAC company going up against the big chains. Everything answers what homeowners worry about when they call a contractor: Will you show up? Will I get ripped off? Who's going to be in my house? Real names, the price before the wrench, and a $19 a month maintenance club.

Pay monthly

Nothing big up front.

The one-time price is spread over 12 months, plus hosting & care, plus a small financing fee. After 12 payments the site is yours. Then keep your services, switch to hosting & care only for $99/mo, or take the site and go.

Pay up front

Pay once. It's yours at launch.

Pay the one-time price and you own the site at launch. Hosting & care is optional at $99/mo. Want to run it yourself? You get the site files and your domain at launch.

How the monthly price is worked out

Monthly price = your one-time total ÷ 12 (rounded up to the next dollar) + $99 hosting & care + a financing fee + any monthly services.

The one-time total is the base site plus every one-time add-on and setup fee you pick. The financing fee is figured once, on your whole total, and it goes down as the total goes up.

Monthly services, like the AI lead package, keep going after the 12 payments if you keep them. After 12 payments you pay $99 + your services, or $0 if you take the site and go.

Example: the Business package is $1,550. $1,550 ÷ 12 = $130, + $99 + $7 = $236 a month.

Financing fee by one-time total

Under $750$9/mo

How it works

  • The setup fee covers building your ad accounts, call and form tracking, and your first ads.
  • Ads take 60 to 90 days to learn what works, so ad plans run 3 months at first, then month to month.
  • You get a plain-English report every month: what you spent, the calls and messages it brought in, and what's changing next.
  • Nobody can honestly promise a number of leads. KineticConversion promises the work, and shows you the results.

(Hosting & care · $99/mo · optional)

You run the business. Your site keeps running.

A website isn't a one-and-done thing. Hours change, prices change, a new service gets added, something breaks at the worst time. Hosting and care means one number to text about all of it, and it gets handled. It's optional: if you'd rather run the site yourself, you get the finished site as a zip file to host and manage however you like.

  • Fast, secure hosting

Your site stays online, with the padlock (SSL) that browsers and Google expect.

  • Backups and updates

If something ever goes wrong, it comes back. Updates and fixes are included.

  • Your changes, done for you

New hours, a price change, fresh photos, a holiday notice. Up to an hour of edits a month, done for you.

  • Forms that keep working

Your calls and form messages get checked regularly, so a broken form never costs you a lead.

(How it works)

  1. 01

    Send a few details

Fill out the short form below. Two minutes, no commitment.

  2. 02

    We talk it through

A quick call about your business, your customers, and what a win looks like for you.

  3. 03

    See your free draft

A rough draft of your homepage and an exact price in writing, before you pay anything. Say yes, and the full site gets built.

  4. 04

    Launch, and keep improving

It goes live on your domain in 2 to 3 weeks. Then the calls and reviews get tracked, and the site keeps getting better.

(The fine print, up front)

What you can count on.

  • A direct line

The person who answers your text is the person building your site. No ticket queue, no hand-offs.

  • It's yours

Your domain stays in your name, and the site is yours once it's paid for. No one can hold it over you.

  • The price is the price

You get it in writing before work starts. No surprise charges for a contact form that should have worked anyway.

  • Calls, not likes

Tracking is set up so you can see the calls, messages and reviews your site brings in, in a plain-English report.

  • Real reviews only

Every customer gets the same review request. No fake reviews and no screening out unhappy customers. It breaks Google's rules, and it backfires.

  • See it before you pay

After the first call you get a free rough draft of your homepage. If it's not right for you, you walk away owing nothing.

(Questions)

The stuff people ask first.

Don't see yours? Just ask.

Who owns the website?
You do. If you pay up front, it's yours the day it launches. If you pay monthly, it's yours after the 12 payments. After that, keep hosting and care for $99 a month, or take the site and go. Either way, your domain is registered in your name.
Is KineticConversion a big agency?
No, and that's on purpose. KineticConversion is founder-led and small, so you deal directly with the person building your site, not an account manager passing notes along. The tools behind it (hosting, texting, AI receptionist, review requests) run on established platforms, so nothing depends on one laptop.
Can you guarantee more leads or reviews?
Nobody can honestly promise a number. What you get is a site and follow-up system built around how customers actually decide, tracking on every call and form, and a plain-English report each month showing the calls, messages and reviews it brought in.
How is the monthly price worked out?
Add up the one-time price of everything you pick, spread it over 12 months (rounded up to the next dollar), then add $99 for hosting and care and a small financing fee of $5 to $9 a month, which goes down as the total goes up. Monthly services, like the AI lead package, go on top. Example: the Business package is $1,550, so $130 + $99 + $7 = $236 a month.
Should I pay up front or monthly?
Up front costs less overall: there's no financing fee, and hosting and care is optional. Monthly means nothing big comes out of your pocket at the start, with hosting and care included. After 12 payments the site is yours, and you can keep your services, switch to hosting and care only for $99 a month, or take the site and go.
Will my price go up?
Your rate is locked once you sign. If prices for new clients go up later, yours stays the same for at least 24 months. After that, any change comes with 60 days' notice, and you'll always pay less than new clients.
Do I have to pay for hosting and care?
Not if you pay up front. You get the site files and your domain at launch, and you can host it wherever you like. If you'd rather not deal with it, hosting and care is $99 a month and includes up to an hour of edits a month. On the monthly plan it's included for the 12 payments.
Do I pay for the ads, or do you?
You pay Google and Meta directly, on your own card, in your own ad accounts. The management fee only covers setting up and running them. You can see every dollar of ad spend yourself, any time.
Is there a contract for ads?
The first 3 months, because that's how long ads take to settle in and show what's working. After that it's month to month.
Can't I just use Wix or Squarespace?
You can, and some people should. A template gives you a layout and asks your business to fit into it. KineticConversion starts from how your business runs and builds the layout around that. What you're paying for is the part the builder can't do: knowing what your customers need to see before they call, writing it so they actually call, and handling every update after so you never have to log in.
I already have a Facebook page. Do I need a website?
Keep the Facebook page. But when someone Googles what you do, a website is what shows up, and it's the one place online you control. Your hours, prices and phone number are right where people look, and nobody can change the rules on you.
What do you need from me?
Your logo if you have one, some photos of your work, and about an hour of your time to walk through how your business runs. The words get written for you, and you check them before anything goes live.
